My Story

Hello! I am Luis Gabriel Juarez Franco, and it is a great blessing to share with you a little about me. Now, I am 11 years old. My birthday was on January 30^th, but I did not celebrate due to my parent’s low resources. However, I thank God for one more year that he gave me. Recently, I finished my school year. I attended 5^th grade. I think my education is best when I receive classes face-to face. During this year my father had difficulty paying for my school fees since he is the only one who supports our family, and everything is expensive. Please pray for us that next year we will do better. I would like to be a musician when I grow up, and I would like to have the opportunity to learn English; this allows me to have other options to work. The time that I like the most is winter because I like the cold weather. I love drinking Coca-Cola. By the grace of God, I am well and so is my family.

My father struggles to support us by working as a farmer in our town. He is 32 years old. My mother is Karen Julissa Franco Jere, and she is 28 years old. She stays at home taking care of our family and preparing delicious meals.  I enjoy attending the Christian church two times a week, Sunday and Monday. We are a humble family, and our greatest need right now is groceries.  Living Water and you are very important in my life, and I have been blessed in a big way through the feeding program. I hope God blesses you for this beautiful work that you do for the children.
