My Story

Hello, I am Jacob, and I am writing this small letter to tell you how my family and I are doing this 2023. We are still members of a Christian Church called Jesus the Good Shepherd, and we attend the services on Sunday. We are happy because LW Evangelism team has shared the gospel with us. We have dogs, cats and hens at home. We are a humble family, and at the moment, our needs are groceries. My father’s name is Bonifacio, and he is 53 years old. He is in good health, and he works as a driver; it is not a stable job. My mother’s name is Juana, and she is 49 years old. She is in good health, and she works as a maid three days per week.

My full name is Jacob Joaquin Bala Otzoy, and I am 9 years old now. I am healthy, and I am in 3^rd grade this year. I like face-to-face classes because I work in groups with my classmates. It has been difficult for my parents to support me with my studies because I have other siblings who attend school too. I dream to become a firefighter in the future. My favorite season is summer because I can play in the streets. I enjoy a delicious dinner with my family for my birthday. I prefer soccer as a sport, and I love drinking hibiscus juice. It would be incredible to learn English someday. Living Water is very important for me, and I have been very blessed through it. I say goodbye to you for now hoping to hear from you soon.
