My Story

It is a blessing for me to say hello to you through this means. I am Pablo, and I want to share my last news with you. I hope you find it engaging. My family and I attend a Christian Church on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. By the grace of the Almighty, none of us have gotten sick so far. My father, Robin Alfredo Giron, is 38 years old. He still makes a living as a bricklayer to support our needs. My mother, Glenda Granados, is 42 years old. She is a secretary and continues working in the same place. I love my parents because they do their best for my brother and me. However, we need clothes and groceries at home. Besides that, it has been hard for my parents to cover my school supplies. The feeding program has been an enormous help for my family and many others in my community because of the tasty lunches and medical care.

As for me, I want you to know that I am in second grade. I agree to receive face-to-face classes because I enjoy attending school and spending recess time with my friends. I am eight years old and because of my age, I have not thought about an occupation to make a living in the future. Although, I would love to learn a new language like English. My favorite part of the year is when vacation comes. I love it because I have enough time to play with my toys. I love drinking banana shakes and playing soccer. I will have my next birthday in January. My family and I usually enjoy a delicious lunch to celebrate birthdays at home. This is all for now about my life. Before ending this letter, I want you to know that a member of the LW staff spoke with my mother to collect all this information for you. I say goodbye to you for now, but I appreciate your kind attention. May God bless you bountifully!

Lots of love,

Pablo Josue Giron Granados
